The entire Rosales National Hospital and hospital chapel are made out of stamped sheet metal. As seen below the paint is peeled off exposing the metal and rivets are abundant.
Built by the Danish in 1902 as a temporary prefabricated structure, the campus was slated to be torn down after many years of use. It is not only still standing, but it is now considered a national heritage site so it will remain.
Many of the buildings are the original construction with few renovations. Recently, the hospital proudly opened a new 10 bed ICU with another section of 10 beds soon to open.

The nurses pictured on the left side are relatively few in the hospital
Doctors perform many of the tasks that nurses do in the states, including triage in the Emergency Dept
